Hoping that everyone has had a lovely Christmas and that 2019 is full of good things – happiness, peace, health and contentment.
I’m not a big fan of making resolutions as I’m prone to fail but I do think participating in Veganuary is such a good idea, if you have an interest in a plant based diet be it for a love of animals, concern for the environment or for health benefits. A month is not a long time, but substantial enough to fully immerse you in a new diet where you can explore new flavours and feel the benefits to health, and of course, every step helps the environment and animal welfare.

This week’s star bakes are Smashed Olive Rolls. Gorgeous bread rolls filled with a tapenade of
