This week’s star bakes are Smashed Olive Rolls. Gorgeous bread rolls filled with a tapenade of
smashed olives and garlic – perfect to mop up the juices from our courgette, pepper and chickpea stew or to bring an added flavour to the crunchy radish and tomato salad. Hope to see you at The Waiting Room this Thursday 30th April from 10 am - 7pm.

Thursday 2nd April 2015 is a hugely exciting date for Good Souls, and not just because it’s almost Easter. Good Souls has a new home every Thursday, from 10am to 7pm, at the Waiting Room, Colchester, selling globally inspired bakes and serving tea, coffee and cold drinks.
There will also be a wholesome lunch to accompany the week’s star bake, Bukhari bread. This week’s offerings are butternut squash tagine, jewelled cous cous, plus tomato and za’atar salad.
