Roni started organising this event with Krishna and Roshani before the catastrophic earthquake struck Nepal. Thankfully, the children and staff at the children’s home are all safe but have had to move out of their premises and are living outside in a bit tent. Some of the staff members’ homes have collapsed. Everyone is shocked and worried. The funds that are raised from this meal will help the Suvadra Foundation continue with the amazing work that they do. There will also be a donation box at Good Souls Global Kitchen at the Waiting Room this Thursday if you would like to donate money to the Nepal Earthquake Relief which I shall pass to Krishna, who works with many Nepali organisations and will be able to direct the money to the right source.
